Questions We Get a Lot
Traditional saunas heat the air around you to very high temperatures, while far infrared saunas use infrared panels to warm your body more directly at a lower ambient temperature. This makes far infrared models more comfortable for longer sessions and easier to run at home without major electrical upgrades. Most people find them simpler to get into a regular routine with.
Our 2-person models are designed to fit comfortably in a spare room, basement, or even a large bedroom corner — most have a compact footprint under 40 square feet. Corner saunas are a great option if you want to make efficient use of an existing room layout. We recommend measuring your intended space before purchasing and checking the product dimensions listed on each page.
Most of our home saunas are designed to plug into a standard household outlet, though wattage requirements vary by model — always check the product specifications before installation. If you're unsure about your home's electrical capacity, consulting a licensed electrician beforehand is a smart step. Each sauna ships with the hardware needed for customer assembly at home.

About Our Saunas
Home saunas have moved well beyond the gym or the luxury resort — today they're a genuinely practical addition to everyday living spaces. Designed to support relaxation and personal downtime, a home sauna gives you a dedicated space to decompress on your own schedule, without leaving the house. Far infrared models are particularly popular for home use because they operate at lower ambient temperatures than traditional steam saunas, making them easier to install, more energy-efficient to run, and accessible to a wider range of users. When choosing a home sauna, it's worth thinking about the size of your available space, how many people will use it regularly, the type of heating technology, the wood construction, and whether smart controls matter to you. EMF output is another consideration many buyers look for — lower EMF ratings are generally preferred for everyday home environments. Whether you're outfitting a basement, a spare room, or a corner of your living space, there's a format and a footprint designed to work with how you actually live.
